We have a spacious private room available in our welcoming 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in Mid-City/ West Adams Los Angeles. We’re looking for one friendly, respectful person to join us on a minimum one-year lease.

The home is fully furnished and designed to be comfortable, clean, and relaxing. It features two living rooms, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, plenty of parking, and lots of shared space to unwind after work. The available bedroom is approximately 12’ x 12’ with a closet and shares a bathroom with just one other roommate.

* Centrally located in Mid-City/ West Adams
* About 12 minutes from Downtown LA, Culver City, and Koreatown
* Walking distance to a grocery store, gym, restaurants, cafés, and everyday essentials

This isn’t a party house—it’s a clean, respectful, and friendly home where everyone enjoys their own space while also being happy to chat, cook together, or hang out from time to time. We all do our part to keep the house welcoming and comfortable for everyone.

👋 Meet Your Future Roommates

* Melissa works with children during the day and serves at a restaurant in the evenings. She enjoys painting, cooking, and Netflix.
* Ricky is a wire framer and also works weekends at Smorgasbord. He loves making homemade pizza in our pizza oven and going to concerts.
* Jeremy works as a legal assistant and enjoys opera, singing, and dancing.

We’re all working professionals with our own schedules, so the house is generally peaceful and relaxed.

* $1,200/month + utilities
* $1,200 refundable security deposit
* Minimum 1-year lease
