Only ESA allowed (you'll need a certificate), no pets.
There's a waitlist for parking- till then you can park on the street.

Lease Transfer Process:
My lease is till August 31st.
You pay the Security deposit + Rent for 4 months (May-August) + Utilities for the month of May. No credit score check required. Utilities for the months of June, July and August are paid on a monthly basis.
After August, you can extend your lease and submit your credit score and bank statement. Once it gets approved, you can pay your rent monthly after August.
