Two private bedrooms opening up in a shared house near Downtown Los Angeles and Inglewood, about 5 miles from Paramount Studios with easy freeway access.

The house has a creative, film-friendly atmosphere. I work in the film and television industry and attend industry events regularly, and the home has been a great space for people involved in film, streaming, music, and other creative work. There’s even an electric projection screen in the living room that drops down for movie nights.

Room 1 – Private Bedroom with Dedicated Private Bathroom – 1000 per month
Private bedroom with its own designated bathroom that includes a bathtub. The bathroom is not shared with anyone else. Comfortable, private, and a strong value for LA.

Room 2 – Large Master Bedroom – 1300 per month
Very spacious master bedroom with private entrance, attached private bathroom, and direct access to a private outdoor patio. Offers excellent privacy and independence within the house, with plenty of space for a full bedroom setup, desk, or creative workspace.

About the House
Shared kitchen and living room, large backyard with seating area, plus a front yard with an avocado tree. Dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a music area with a piano and guitars. The household is respectful and mindful of shared living, with an emphasis on a calm and considerate environment. Gardener service and water are included in the rent. Street parking available. Ample attic storage can be arranged if needed.

Rent and Terms
Utilities including gas, electric, and internet are shared equally among tenants. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Month to month tenancy. Each room is available for one occupant only. No pets. Move in available April 1, with earlier move in possible.

After viewing the house, applicants will apply directly with the landlord. The landlord handles income verification, employment verification, credit screening, and lease paperwork. A 50 dollar application fee paid directly to the landlord applies.
