I purchased my home 26 years ago. It's a beautiful Victorian style home with original hardwood floors and built in China cabinets. It's 3 bedrooms, 1 bath in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I've been happily divorced for 16 years and I currently live alone with a 4 pound Yorkie who is indoors and a Pug (Boogie) who is my backyard warrior. The property is centrally located and is about 10 minutes from USC and downtown L A. I work F/T and am searching for 1 or 2 roommates who are non smokers, clean, quiet MATURE and responsible.
