Two female roomies 3bd 2.5 bath Central LA
Hi! I’m looking for two dependable, respectful working professional women (mid to late 30s preferred) to join a peaceful, well-kept 3-bedroom townhome-style apartment in Central LA / Exposition Park.
This is a calm, grown, low-drama home — ideal for someone who values trust, communication, and a comfortable place to land after work.
About Me:
37-year-old AAPI, San Diego native and home baker (fresh cookies always:)).Two of my roomates are moving out and i'm hoping to fill the apartment. (Note this is a 3 bedroom apt not 5, not sure why the ad says that. ) I enjoy museums, art galleries, outdoor activities like hiking and camping, and live music — especially hip hop and R&B. I’m social and friendly but also value quiet, alone time and a calm, respectful home environment.
Available Rooms:
Bedroom 1 with shared bathroom– $950/month
Available March 1 (can move in a few days earlier)
Primary/Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom – $1200/month
Move-in date flexible / TBD (most likely mid-March to April)
About the Apartment:
Townhome-style layout across 2 stories with a 2-car garage underneath
Renovated with brand new appliances last year
No one above or below us (no shared ceilings or floors)
Located in a gated complex
2-car garage + 1 additional parking spot
Shared kitchen and living areas
Laundry in unit
Central air conditioning and heating
Shared Half bathroom on 1st level
Comes with small balcony and building has a small back yard to hang out or bbq
Quiet, comfortable, well-maintained space
Non-smoking home (non negotiable)
Ok with a small pet allowed but pet rent is up to landlord to decide
Location Highlights (Exposition Park):
Central LA location with easy access to major areas
Walking distance to Exposition Park museums, including:
Natural History Museum, California African American Museum (CAAM), California Science Center, Lucas Museum of Narrative Art (opening soon)
5 minute drive to Ralphs, Target, and Trader Joe’s and USC village
Gas stations on nearby corners and post office close by
Koreatown and Downtown LA approx. 15 minutes away
Utilities:
Shared utilities: gas, power (every other month), and internet (avg $125 pp every other month)
Who I’m Looking For:
Working professional woman, ideally mid to late 30s
Long-term commitment of at least a year
Chill, trustworthy, dependable, and respectful
Non-smoker
Clean, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces
Looking for a stable, fun but peaceful living situation
The Vibe:
Friendly and fun but comfortably independent. Looking for roomates who can chat, coexist comfortably, and respect each other’s space. This is not a party house — more of a relaxed, grown-woman household where everyone does their part. I’m hoping to live with roommates whose values around inclusivity, empathy, and being socially aware generally align.
Logistics:
Rent: $950 (small room) / $1200 (master w/ en-suite)
Utilities split evenly
Deposit required
Lease details to be discussed
