Room in 2nd fl of Rad 3-story apartment available

We’re looking for a 5th housemate to move in to the only room on the 2nd floor which has a bachelor feel since the rest of us are on the 3rd floor. The room is next to the kitchen and shared living space with a guest bathroom that will be mainly yours. We’re all in our 30s early 40s but very busy and outgoing so the place is usually empty besides a small senior dog that chills all day. The room is currently occupied so no photos yet but it’s tiled floor, big window, and small closet. Apartment has balconies, fire place, FULLY stocked kitchen, cozy living area, and feet from 14/37 bus stop in Adams. Washer and dryer on 1st floor and a garage to store like a bike since it’s already being occupied. Plenty street parking. Room is not furnished. It rarely feels crowded. No couples or kids. Dogs will be considered but no cats as one housemate is allergic.

We all pretty left and mostly work in social justice or are somehow involved and looking for someone with similar values.
