This room is usually occupied by corporate commuters who work in Los Angeles, but live in the outlying counties (Orange, Riverside San Bernardino, Ventura- even from Santa Barbara. Likely due to the fact that the monthly rental price is far below the cost/ time of driving to the city on a weekly basis.

The rental price above is for a private, secured room, all base utilities, plus cable (Spectrum) and wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

Location-wise, the apartment is about a half-mile west of USC main campus and quite literally surrounded by several Tripalink buildings. So, we do attract our fair share of USC students and staff members.

We are centrally located near an Expo line station and is within minutes of Downtown Los Angeles, USC, Mount St. Mary’s, FIDM, the Wilshire corridor and Southwest Law.
