Leimert Park is a nice diverse neighborhood! Close to Baldwin Hills - Crenshaw Mall which will be redone shortly! The whole entire area it's been re-vamped! We are within minutes to USC, DTLA, Hollywood, WLA, Culver City, 10 FWY and the 110 FWY.

My place is a nice and cozy remodeled house that I bought 6 years ago and I have done much more work to it! It's just like a new house! It's a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house. Nice front yard and great patio area. It's only myself here and a prospect house-mate - "YOU" LGBT Friendly!

The house is to share! So, it's not like you are only renting a room and have no access or right to the rest of the house and its facilities! All appliances are included. Washer & Dryer on premises!!!
You will have your own private bedroom (nice size = 12 x 13), large walk-in closet + shared bathroom. The house has a nice back yard with a sun deck - another section with a nice covered patio + BBQ area. The living room - dining room is spacious as well as the kitchen! With new appliances.

Parking will be on the street in which there is plenty of spaces, (not the typical LA problem here) no parking permit required and parking in front of the house is available just about all the time! You can see your car from your front bedroom window, just steps away from your car.

The rent is $1,075.00 per month with “All utilities included” (water, trash, sewer, electric, gas, Wi-Fi, gardener, and security surveilling system, ADT & Ring door-bell) There is a 1-month security deposit and a 6-month minimum lease agreement. (Negotiable)Then it goes month to month.

I'm a nice cool, professional, responsible, respectable, considerate, good hearted, clean and open-minded guy. I'm in the legal industry (but not an attorney - many people ask - lol). I'm at work a lot in Century City and my commute is about 20 minutes in the am to work. I work 7-8 miles away from home.
