About the house:
The house is a three-bedroom property within walking distance to USC and the Expo line! The shared living spaces include the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. The house is pretty much furnished, but a ladies touch is always appreciated. Appliances include a refrigerator, oven & stove, washer and dryer. Your private living space will be pretty much the entire upstairs which includes two bedrooms, and a walk-in closet.
About me:
I am a 29 year old Los Angeles native working as a software engineer and am currently applying to grad school. I am an avid reader, yogi, and meditation practitioner. I am also a single father and have my two small kids (ages 2 and 3) with me about 30% of the time. I work in the Inland Empire and am rarely home. I am also a vegan and would love to live with someone who does not eat meat. I am also a neat freak, so cleaning of the shared spaces will be a shared and weekly task.
