Mom, daughter and son and one roommate. Son works night shift FRI-SUN. Daughter works in an office space at night in the den and is not home in the afternoon MON-FRI. Mom is currently not working. Roommate has her own room and works 5 days a week, 5am-2pm. She is very quiet.
We like to keep clean and we don’t tolerate people who won’t cooperate to clean their shared bathroom with their roommate every other week. If you prefer to not clean, we can clean it for a $35 fee that will be added to the rent.
