Cute 2Bd/2Bath In Weho, Looking To Fill Asap

I’ve lived in this apartment for 1.5 years and absolutely adore it. Super cute 2bd/2bth apartment (1100 sq ft, newly updated, spacious balcony area) in a very walkable and safe area. Room will come unfurnished, apartment is otherwise completely furnished. Rent is $1464.87 (not including utilities, which are gas+electric+internet)! No security deposit and rent is month to month (though ideally hoping for someone to stay for at least a year). You will need to be approved of by the landlord, so proof of income, credit check, etc, will be required. Current roommate got a new job and is moving out this week, so ideal move-in would be May 1st, but there’s some flexibility! Your potential new bedroom has an attached private bathroom. No pets please (I have a cat allergy and the building does not allow dogs - sorry!). There is a coin laundry machine in the building, which is usually open to use. There are ac units in every room and a central heating unit. Theres only one spot per apartment, which I currently hold (and would like to keep). However, there is an unusually high amount of public street parking on the street adjacent to the building, and you can also purchase a WeHo parking permit for street parking in the neighborhood. Walking distance from whole foods, trader joes, target, weekly farmers market 1 block away, a bunch of coffee shops, melrose ave/melrose trading post, and an 5-7 minute drive to the Grove.

A little about me: I’m 26. Love love love going to farmer’s markets, movie screenings and making matcha (all things tea really). Thinking about turning the kitchen into a little cafe over the weekend for friends?? - so hopefully you’d be open to silly little ideas like that 💫 I’m a photographer and documentary filmmaker, but my day job is as an assistant film editor (mostly wfh). Would love to meet you before we confirm any agreement to see if we’re the right fit as roommates - we don't have to become the best of friends, but would love to find someone who would want to build a nice roomie relationship!
