Hi all!! I have a room available in this amazing Silver Lake townhouse. It is located in the heart of Silver Lake, walking distance from dozens of bars and restaurants, including La Colombe Coffee, Alfred's Coffee, Silverlake Ramen, Night Market Song, The Thirsty Crow, and many more.
It’s also right next door to 101 Freeway as well as the #2 and #4 bus lines.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is one side of a large 3 story duplex (5br/3ba). The property has great outdoor space including a large communal balcony, huge backyard with deck and an amazing lemon tree -- a perfect outdoor space for small weekend get togethers. The five of you share three tandem parking spaces (first come first served) but there is also A LOT of convenient street parking. The living room/kitchen/upstairs rooms have central A/C. The building has coin laundry.

ABOUT THE ROOM
Medium-sized room on the lower level of the townhouse. You'll share a bathroom with only one other roommate (male). Your room has two LARGE closets. This room does not have A/C, but because of where it is in the house it stays extremely cool during the summer. Your window faces a really pretty fig tree!
The room is partially furnished (dresser, mirror and bedside table) but can come unfurnished.

ABOUT THE ROOMATES
All young adult creatives with gainful employment. All stay busy and like each other and are respectful of each others’ personal space, work schedules, and keeping up with assigned chores in a timely fashion.
Current roommates include 3 guys and 1 girl (and hopefully you!).

REQUIREMENTS
- The rent for this room is $1,450 per month (+ $1,450 security deposit), excluding bills (est. $175) which include LADWP, a monthly cleaner, internet, and shared household supplies (TP, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc.)
- $50.00 non refundable application fee
- Credit Check
- Reference call/letter (preferably landlord)
