Entire top floor of a prime Silverlake mountainside home. Basically a studio apartment. Has a large garage for storage and designated parking in front. Upstairs is extra large with walk-in closet, an office area, full bathroom, and a huge private outdoor patio with French doors.

Surrounded by lots of trees, this location feels super private, while still being in walking distance of Sunset, coffee shops, Trader Joe’s, art and hardware store, restaurants, bars, yoga, auto shops, dry cleaner, dentist, vet - seriously everything you need right next door.

Large kitchen downstairs with big window looking at the opposite Silverlake hillside. Colorful livingroom with a sliding glass door leading to the main deck. Deck below has a garden and a chicken coop. Top decks are large with awesome panoramic views of the Silverlake hills and Lyric Hyperion across the street.

Two nice and chill roommates downstairs. One works in medical illustration and the other is an actor. We have enjoyed many roommate movie nights and occasional outings and trips but also respect personal space and keep shared spaces clean. They each have their own bathrooms as well. Shared kitchen, livingroom, and outdoor spaces (except for the upstairs patio). Five other decks around the property. Garden. Basement with shared laundry.

Two cute kitties live with one of the downstairs roommates. One is very friendly and the other one is a literal scaredy-cat and keeps to herself.
