I’m listing my master bedroom with bathroom in a prime location in Silverlake, Los Angeles!
It’s walkable to local shops, Trader Joe’s, and super close to the Silverlake Water reservoir.
The price listed per month is your monthly rent, not including utilities which is based on usage.
No smoking or pets please. 😊 Women renters preferred! The apartment can come fully furnished or not- depending on the renters’ needs! I am looking to move out as soon as possible, so serious inquiries only. There will be screening and background checks done to ensure the best person is chosen to take over my name on the lease.
There is plenty of street parking and one shared parking space in a covered garage to be shared with my current roommate. Lease is up in April 2027.
There are air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room, but the apartment is typically very cool as it is placed in a shady spot in the building, but still allows in plenty of sunlight during the day.
