Private room in Silverlake home

Available AUG 1st
1500+ utilities. No pets unfortunately. We have a higher utility bill that we pay usually every other month. It’s usually around $250 depending on the month, IE AC in the summer etc.

There will be a credit check with the landlords, a double deposit (first/last months rent + first month upon move in)

The house sits in a peaceful, elevated spot with a beautifully layered multi-level garden that cascades down the backyard — a perfect serene backdrop for creative types.
The Room

Spacious split layout: One side functions as a comfortable living/sitting area, while the other is dedicated to the bedroom space (see photos).
Private walk-in closet plus an additional large storage closet in the living room portion.
En-suite bathroom with shower.
Plenty of room for a full bed, desk, couch, and other furniture.

Important note: This is a creative household full of musicians. Music gets played regularly, but never later than 10pm. We’re looking for someone cool with that vibe.
