About me:
I'm 35 and work in finance/accounting. I'm generally quiet/chil at home, like to cook, read, listen to music/workout, and care about keeptng shared spaces reasonably clean. Home is more of a calm space than a party spot.

Someone responsible & considerate who pays rent on time, communicates clearly, and is respectful of shared spaces. Ideal if you're working.
