having an issue trying to rotate the first 3 pictures

Hi, I'm looking for a down-to-earth, friendly roommate. Straight friendly. Gay friendly. Ladies, this place is more conducive for a male roommate. Not keen on someone who uses drugs or smokes anything(really don't want to smell it on someone, so if you smoke at all, it wouldn't work). No roomies who work from home or those who work overnight. That doesn't fit into my schedule. These are charming duplex style apts., with a front and side entrance to the unit. The bathroom is just off the room I'm renting out, but it also has two separate doors to enter the bathroom. The bedroom, along with the closet is 126 sq. ft. There are hardwood floors, bedroom is completely furnished with a queen size tempurpedic mattress, a. c. and ceiling fan. Washer/Dryer. I have removed the rocking chair you see in the pictures, to allow more space. I've got a great stove/oven if you like to cook. There's a side patio to relax outdoors on. $900 monthly plus 1/2 utilities and $1200 security deposit. Available April 1st. As far as street parking goes, I've lived here over 20 years and it's always been easy parking. Most of the streets around here have no parking restrictions. If ad is up, it's still available.
