Hi, I'm looking for a down-to-earth, friendly male roommate. Not keen on someone who uses drugs or smokes or vapes anything(really don't want to smell it on someone, so if you smoke at all, it wouldn't work). I'm looking for someone who works 9-5(out of the house) or similar. Something that fits into my schedule. These are charming duplex style apts., with a front and side entrance to the unit. The bedroom, along with the closet is 126 sq. ft. There are hardwood floors, bedroom is completely furnished with a queen size tempurpedic mattress, a. c. and ceiling fan. Washer/Dryer. There's a side patio to relax outdoors on. $900 monthly plus 1/2 utilities and $1200 security deposit. Available now. As far as street parking goes, I've lived here over 20 years and it's always been easy parking. Most of the streets around here have no parking restrictions. If ad is up, it's still available.
