Central Silver Lake near lots of shops, restaurants, music venues, etc. Street Parking - no street cleaning so no tickets! Great place with or without a car to get your bearings and be in the mix while looking for a more permanent situation. You will be a sub-letter on a short term lease. I’m easy going, there’s a lovely reservoir and dog park just up the street. Dogs that don't run away or bark constantly and are usually with owner, like at work, I will consider.

Looking for generally upbeat and positive mood type personalities when interacting, but especially when unavoidable, we are all certainly entitled to the privacy to lapse into existential brooding in our respective rooms.

I'm a musician and paralegal with my own area and come out to share the bathroom and kitchen. I enjoy socializing - usually with food & friends, welcoming house-mates who want to join or contribute if they like - it's completely optional.

For newcomers who want to be social, but don't know how, cries for help always get a better response when others can hear you (try leaving a door open on occasion ;~)

The other housemate works retail and is also an artist - she's into fine painting & singing.
