Want a huge apt all to yourself? The second bdrm is currently an office with a large mirror that can be used as a make-up station, but has an extra mattress for guests. The available bedroom features a brand new CalKing bed, new cabinets, tri-fold standing mirror, 55” tv and closet.

Lots of natural light, original arched windows, filled with plants and art. 70” tv in living room. The couch and both chairs are recliners so you can have super cozy movie nights with your friends. Big kitchen with lots of counter space, a new stove, and all the cookware you could ask for.

Looking for someone to rent for 3-5 months (flexible). Start date any time from March 1 to April 1.

Washer and dryer in the apartment. Street parking. No pets, no smoking, no instruments (per my lease agreement).

Important notes:
1. background check necesary for the landlord, as well as proof of income.

2. Prefer someone 30+yrs old, but can be flexible

3. Guests are ok but no loud parties (landlords live below me)
