We are 3 friends looking for a 4th housemate in our beautiful plant-filled home. We are a house of freelancers and hybrid work from home folks. We love to have friends over weekly, hang out, play board games, and watch movies. We have one (scaredy) cat and would be open if another joined but probably not a dog (unfortunately). We live by cute shopping and coffee shops and a short drive to Echo Park Lake, Silverlake Reservoir, K-Town, DTLA, and Los Feliz. We are looking for someone who is friendly, communicative, financially stable, respectful, keeps communal areas clean, and enjoys (or doesn’t mind) having guests over frequently for social gatherings.
