Room in Silver Lake, utilitites paid, huge yard

Cozy room with some furnishings available in a secluded home on a stair street near Elysian Heights/Echo Park area of Silverlake. All utilities are paid. Washer and dryer on-site, some household supplies are provided. There is a huge, untamed yard--gardening interest is welcomed! Very private location within hiking distance of the Silver Lake Reservoir, Red Lion, Whole Foods, and a short drive to Echo Park Lake, Sunset Junction, etc. Close to public transportation if needed. Two separate roommates (male and female) plus a tiny adorable dog currently make up the household. Would prefer someone who works outside of the house, i. e., isn't home all the time. We are cordial but also like to have our own spaces and lives. Please tell a little about yourself when you reply! Looking for another career-focused creative 30s-ish alternative-type person who is clean and cooperative and would appreciate being surrounded by nature in one of the most enjoyable neighborhoods in L. A. It's a very hilly, rugged area and you must be able to go up and down three flights of stairs to get to the house from street level, so be prepared for this if you want to stay here! Druggies and divas are NOT welcome.
