About me:
I’m Austrian-born — also a U. S. citizen since 2009. I’ve been living in Los Angeles for 34 years. I’m a professional musician, composer, and producer. I just turned 62… what?? — I was always the youngest!

I’m easy-going and fun. I respect privacy and have empathy for any living being… basically everything this current administration and its Moron-in-chief are lacking. I live upstairs in a 3-bedroom with amazing views. Below lives my landlord and friend — also Austrian/U. S. citizen and a great musician — whom I told 25 years ago to buy this house. There’s a great patio, wonderful neighbors, and we’re all pet lovers. I just lost my cat, my companion for 16 years. I’ve had many cats and dogs in my life, so pets are always welcome!

The ONE thing I expect from you:
Please be clean and considerate about shared spaces — bathroom, kitchen, etc. I don’t expect perfection, but I’d like to live with someone who at least appreciates the effort.
