Prime Silverlake. Room sublet. Epic views.

Living room towards back room that is for rent.

Hey guys!

Looking for a short to mid term sublet tenant for a room in my awesome 2 bdrm / 1 bath place in prime Silverlake. Available for 2 months and possibly up to 6 months. This is a large sized 1920's flat with lots of charm. House is shared with 1 person, me : ). Hardwood floors. High ceilings. Washer / Dryer in the unit. On a hill and on the second floor prime views of downtown and across the city. Tons of natural light. It's a pretty special place. And did I mention the most epic sunset and sunrise show out of of the window everyday?

The room for sublet is on the completely other side of the house from the other bedroom so plenty of space and privacy. The room come's furnished with a full sized bed, desk, dresser, large closet space. Room size is 12 x 10'. Room for sublet is the one with the beige desk and square patterned comforter. Showing both rooms to show the space.

Living and dining room areas feel spacious and peaceful. Large TV in living room with Apple TV and a bunch of streaming apps. Bathroom has shower and claw tub bathtub.

Nice sized kitchen with all the accessories needed. There is a new modern fridge and stove. Stove even has a built in air fryer, which rules! Soda stream, coffee maker, electronic kettle, Kuerig, lemon crusher, skillet, all the pots and pans and kitchen cooking things...Kitchen has a really cool separate breakfast nook area as well which is great to eat, work, or chill.

I prefer someone that does not work from home and goes to work somewhere. Obviously mutually respectful and clean in the shared spaces.

This place is a block and half off Sunset Blvd and Silverlake Blvd. So tons of cafe's and the shops of the area very close. Street parking but always spots on this block.

And yes, the downtown photo and sunset photo were right out of the windows here ;)

Renting requirements:

First month rent $1400 + $100 for utilities and wifi per month. $500 deposit required. Viewing times are flexible. *Will consider one month for $1500 + utilities.
