We have a large, clean room available in our vintage Silver Lake apartment. The apartment is awesome, with old school charm: a Spanish style w/lots of character ~ wood floors and casement windows.

You will have a shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room. We're on a peaceful hillside with lots of wonderful natural light. (Meaning there are many stairs to the apartment) At the same time, we're very close to all the action SL has to offer.

We're a small, friendly family that travels a lot. It would be great to have a responsible, reliable, and honorable roomie to split rent with; & who can enjoy having the place all to themself when we; re out! Rent is unbelievable for the area. We've been here a long time or it wouldn't be affordable at all!

Utilities are billed separately - an even split sounds fair to me/? OPen for discussion , but no more pets. We have three dogs and really shouldn't have any. The landlord is making an exception for us. & the dogs won't go in your room at all unless you want them to.
