[Available Now] Beautiful Silver Lake Apt

Hi Ladies, I am looking for a roommate or a sublet for my beautiful 2 bedroom + 1 bath apt in the heart of Silver lake until January. I am tucked away in the hills on Sanborn Ave and walking distance of Erewhon, Tartine, The Black Cat, Santo, Cafe Stella, you name it. Rent is $2,200 + split utilities. NO DEPOSIT. I have that taken care of. There is a backyard and a covered parking spot I am willing to rotate every month. The spot has a lot of natural light and is quite peaceful. Central A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, vintage appliances, hardwood floors, a ring cam, and it comes fully furnished. The 2nd bedroom currently has a bed and dresser which you can keep or I can move out and you can start fresh with your own stuff. Your room would be the one with the fiddle tree (can also get rid of).

I do have a small hypoallergenic dog named Penelope and a tabby cat named Dash. We are in a duplex so there is only one other unit downstairs. The neighbors are European and the chillest couple ever. Penelope is everyone’s best friend and will force you to cuddle her whenever you can. She does not shed and I love her with all my soul.

A little about me: I am a designer and I work in Chinatown. I go to the office every day and occasionally work from home on Fridays. I am a very low-key person so usually when I get home I decompress by reading or watching some TV and I am in bed before 10. I do have people over from time to time for dinner, conversations, and general hangs. My dog goes to work with me every day and basically everywhere outside the house so you won’t see much of her. When I am out at night I leave her and return within 4/5 hours. I do not smoke or drink but I am completely fine with you drinking and being -friendly, no biggie - it’s your space too. All I ask is that you respect the space and neighbors, stay tidy, and bring positivity to the arrangement. I do not mind if you gather friends here, have dinner parties, dates, and etc. It is obviously your home as well.

I am 38 so my preferred age range would be 30’s - 40’s but I can keep an open mind for 20’s. I have not decided yet if I will move and leave the space to you in January or continue elsewhere, it’s really up in the air! If I did leave, you can have the apt to take over and start fresh with someone else. I do need to fill the spot by April 1st. If you sublet, no lease, if you want to be my permanent roommate you would just need to be cleared by the landlord and put on the lease. She is super cool and wants to make sure you have a fairly OK credit score and reliable income. I am coming off a very amicable breakup of a long-term relationship (we simply grew apart) and I am single. I am not looking to date so there won’t be strangers coming in and out. Just me and my pals.
