The condo is a "soft loft": it has 20 ft ceilings, concrete floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area, but it also has fully enclosed bedrooms for privacy.

The available bedroom is furnished with the essentials: a queen size bed, desk, office chair, lamps, dresser, etc.

You would also have access to everything else in the condo, including the kitchen, the home entertainment system with projector and world-class stereo, and an unbeatable home gym (the gym shown the photo is part of the unit, not shared with the rest of the building). There's also a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a private patio with a grill.

The condo is located on Sunset Blvd in the heart of Silver Lake. So it's surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. It's also close to public transportation. The neighborhood borders on Hollywood to the West and Echo Park to the East, and it's within a 10 minute drive of downtown, Koreatown, and Glendale.

You'd be sharing the condo with one other person: a friendly, easy-going, professional guy from Canada.
