Room Available In A Classic So-Cal Home

We have a private bedroom available for rental in our 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom Silverlake home. The housemates here are all responsible, respectful & easy to live with. So we are looking for someone with those similar qualities to be our new housemate. We have cats, they are indoor / outdoor cats, so they're outside a lot of the time but very chill when they're around. Our house is in a great central L. A. location with easy access to most parts of L. A. We are in a very nice and walkable neighborhood, located within a short distance to park areas & walking paths at Silverlake Reservoir. A wide variety of shops, eateries, cafes, markets (etc.) nearby also. Easy access to major freeways, as well as plenty of public transportation. Driveway space for off street parking but also plenty of street parking available as well. We have a simple month to month lease agreement. Rent includes WiFi internet service. In order to move in, we require 1 months rent for security deposit along with the 1st months rent.
