Hi there! I’m a single parent with three wonderful girls (ages 15, 13, and 2) and two friendly cats. We’re looking for a respectful, reliable housemate to rent a furnished room in our comfortable Signal Hill home.

$750/month (utilities & internet included)

Fully furnished with:

Bed frame & full-size mattress

Desk

Mini fridge

Built-in closet organizer

Unfurnished option available — rent will be reduced

🚿 Shared Spaces:

Shared bathroom (mutual cleaning expected)

Shared kitchen & living areas

Laundry room available — $2 per wash / $2 per dry ($4 per load total)

Plenty of street parking

Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood

👩‍👧‍👧 About Our Household:

Teenagers are home about 50% of the week

Busy, friendly household — must be okay with typical family noise (baby, teens’ music, neighbor’s dog)

Must be comfortable around children and cats

🍽️ Extras & Opportunities:

Happy to share occasional meals

Light household help appreciated (watering plants, refilling cat food, cleaning up kitchen after yourself)

From January through mid-February, I’ll be out of the country — you’d have the home mostly to yourself during that time. I’ll need help with:

Scheduling the cleaning lady

Checking mail

Caring for plants and cats (feeding, change liter, watering plants)

Sweeping balcony, etc...

I also run a small business — side gig opportunities may be available if you’re interested!
