Entire condo was recently remodeled, including this suite. Bedrooms are on opposite sides for optimal privacy. Bedroom is furnished with California king bed and nightstands, and high-powered ceiling fan with customized lighting.

Share completely furnished common area and kitchen, including cook and dinning ware. Unit has laundry and tandem parking.

Utilities also are shared, which runs $30 for high-speed internet and about $65 for electric. Credit check required ($49 payable directly to credit check company). Must be okay with roommate working from home.
