Hi! Looking for a new roommate in a 2BR/2BTH apartment in the heart of Sherman Oaks. You'll have your own private bedroom, private bath, and full access to shared living spaces. This is a small, quiet building so looking to keep the mellow, respectful vibes going. Washer/dryer on site. The apartment is in a great, safe neighborhood. Ventura Blvd is a couple blocks away and there are tons of shops, restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance.

I am a full time student, independent filmmaker, and like everyone in LA work a variety of side hustles including writing, pet sitting, and more. In my spare time I enjoy watching films, listening to records, writing, and much more. This is a quiet, thoughtful home, shoes off kinda vibes.
