Hello! I'm looking for a roommate. I have a 2BD/2BA apartment in Sherman Oaks. It's a first floor unit, which is important in this heat (well insulated, stays cool).

The living room is already furnished. Your bedroom and bathroom will be completely empty and yours to furnish as you please.

A little bit about me: I'm 55, working entertainment professional, generally pretty easy to get along with. Single, no pets (at the moment). I'm half-introvert, half-extrovert. It depends on how interesting the conversation is ;p

I've got the bigger bedroom, so you actually pay less than half the overall rent. This is a good deal!

-Waterproof floors in shared spaces, wood paneled floors in bedrooms, tile in bathrooms.

-Storage space avail on half the patio (faces into complex).

-Building includes pool and on-site laundry (app only operation).

Internet/Utilities: ~$50-100/month (dependent on seasonal fluctuations)

You will need to provide:

-1st month's rent + $1040 Deposit

-One year verified residence history & rental background history (yes they're getting strict on criteria)
