I'm looking for a new roommate for my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Sherman Oaks. My current roommate is moving out around August 1st, but there's flexibility if you'd like to move in a bit earlier or later—we can work something out.
The apartment is in The Plaza, a beautiful building with great amenities, making it a comfortable and convenient place to live. Rent is $1,650 per person.
A little about me: I'm a music composer and enjoy staying active. In my free time, I love playing sports, hiking, making music, and playing board games. I'm clean, respectful, and live a healthy lifestyle—I don't smoke or drink.
