About the room:
My room has an ensuite, so you will have your own room and a separate bathroom with a shower and everything. We have a fridge and I will get us a microwave. We can collaboratively furnish the common areas, which get lots of natural light. You can decorate them however you want! Bedrooms and living room are pretty roomy. Your room doesn’t share walls with anyone! We live on the top floor (2nd or 3rd depending on what side of the building you enter) and everyone here is respectful and quiet. We have covered tandem parking and I’m always available to swap cars! And we have great heating and air conditioning.
Bedroom measures about 12x11 ft (not including closet)
Bathroom measures about 7x7 ft (not including shower)

About me:
Hi I’m Noa (they/them AFAB) and I am looking for someone to live with me. There will be no one else living with us. I’m really not picky about a roommate, but ideally you are around my age (24). I recently graduated from a local masters of marriage and family therapy program. I like horror movies, baseball, pop punk music, dyeing my hair, and decorating my room. I spend a lot of quiet time in my room but would love to hang out with you if you want! And let’s decorate the place! I can keep common areas clean and tidy but I am not strict about how you keep it.
