Great Location sub-lease one-bedroom with own bath

Hi ya'll I am looking for a roommate for my 2X2 apartment in the beautiful city of Sherman Oaks. The place is cozy and well maintained. Small complex with less than 20 units. Small pool for hot summer days and on-site laundry facilities. Ample street parking available. The room is cozy and has it's own bathroom. The place will be shared with me (mature female, wfh 80% of the time, 20% into advocacy and community activities, and a very cranky, yet bossy female cat). I have lived in this place for over 16 years the area is amazing, busy as there major streets near by and access to the freeways 405, 101 and even the 170 is closed by, but quiet as the unit is located at the back of the building. I love to keep my place clean and welcoming, so I am looking for a person that enjoys that too and clean after itself. I don't have visitors probably my mom would come once or twice a year to visit, so I would prefer a person that keeps the peace and privacy for only the two of us and understands boundaries well.
