Furnished bedroom in Sherman Oaks

Apartment is a large 2 BR, 2 Bath on the first floor. It is fully furnished, including the kitchen and the bedroom for rent. You would have your own bathroom just outside your bedroom. WiFi is T-Mobile 5g, TV is with Sling and we have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and PBS SoCal (all with ads). There is heat and AC.

I have lived here for 3 years and this is my home so I am looking for a good fit for a roommate. I am relatively quiet and clean. I am a recent empty nester, as my youngest has gone to college, and my kids may come stay on school breaks, including this summer. I have CATS and I sometimes foster cats! (I vacuum regularly). I want a roommate who is responsible, respectful, relatively quiet and clean. We don't have to be friends but I'm definitely open to that if we click, and I expect that we will at least be friendly. I am very sensitive about scents and request no scented candles or perfumes, no cigarette/pot smoker (it clings).

Building is gated with a swimming pool heated in the summer. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Ralphs, Ventura Blvd., Fashion Square Mall, library, park. Very nice and quiet neighbors in the building. No smoking building.

I am offering 2 options for renting:
1. $1200 for the bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen use
2. $1600 for a full roommate where we share the entire apartment

You will need to put in an application with management and if accepted you will be added to the lease.
