Looking for 3rd roommate! Sherman Oaks

My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd female roomate to move into our beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome based in lovely Sherman Oaks, move in date April 1st, with a 5 month lease.

The townhouse is massive, with a large living and dining room, lots of great natural sunlight and most importantly in a Quiet and safe neighborhood. It's kept very clean and it's a great, peaceful space to call home! The location is fantastic! Central to the 405 and 101 within 4 min of each freeway and Great restaurants /coffee shops/ supermarkets/stores around the corner off of Ventura Blvd!

The room listed in the photos will be available and cleared/professionally cleaned before move in. The large bathroom in the photo would also be all yours and the shower would be shared with the other roommate in her bathroom which is also kept impeccably clean. You would also have a 1 garage tandem parking space which is securely enclosed by a private gate shared with us which connects directly to our townhome so you never have to worry about parking which is included in your monthly rent. All the bills are pretty cheap too! Rent would be $1400/month.
