Available March 1st (or late Feb). Month-to-month lease.

(Total rent is $2,895, so your exact half comes to $1,447.50.)
Security Deposit: $1,000
No smoking, no pets.

I’m Kimberly (40F), I’m originally from Long Island, NY, and I work from home (in my room) in pre-production for TV/Film. I’m pretty low-maintenance, don’t smoke anything or even drink, no pets, and don’t often have people over. Also I don’t cook much, so the kitchen is open for someone who does.

About You:
A respectful roommate who pays rent on time and is also non-smoking and pet-free.

Location:
Right next to Ralph’s, steps from Ventura Blvd, within a half mile of the Westfield Fashion Square Mall, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, In & Out, etc., and easy access to the 101 and 405.
