The apartment itself is 1,400 sq ft and comes furnished. The complex consists of 3 floors with 10 units on each floor, so it’s quite small. Our unit is right across the way from the laundry room, so that’s a plus! There is a pool on site, and a there is two tandem parking spaces in the gated garage, however parking on the street is typically pretty easy and open too.

The room itself is not furnished but is super spacious! It has two closets and although the restroom is not connected to the bedroom, the room will come with your own personal bathroom with a stand in shower.

All utilities aside from electricity are included. The complex does not permit dogs, but cats are ok. We do have 1 cat named Luna!
