Master Available Bed & 1.5 Bath - Sherman Oaks

My name is Jaclyn and I have a master bedroom available in a two story and one and one half bath apartment. I am seeking a responsible, clean, respectful and cool roomie.

You will have the master bedroom, access to all common areas, the onsite laundry facility and shared tandem parking in a secure garage. The apartment is two stories and one- and one-half bathrooms with a small balcony. The bedroom is upstairs, meaning no noise from above :) Also, I think one of the best features of the room is the wall length mirrored closet(s).

My ideal roommate is female, works outside the home/hybrid, clean (especially in the shared space), mostly a non-smoker or drinker. The building is quiet and well kept. It is also close to Ventura Blvd and the 101 and 405 on ramps. I think on

Utilities split in half. Lease agreement is for six months and will go month to month thereafter. I am open to one pet, inquire about pet deposit. Single occupancy and must be able to meet in person.
