Looking for a responsible person who works in the Los Angeles area and needs a quiet, comfortable part-time place to stay a few nights each week. This is not a live in situation.

Myself and another renter live in the home. This is an ongoing monthly shared-home arrangement for someone who has another primary residence and needs a place to sleep while working in Los Angeles.

The sleeping area is a comfortable daybed in the living room with curtains and doors for privacy. This is not a private bedroom but a shared livingroom space. You have curtains to close for privacy while there.

$600 per month for an agreed part-time weekly schedule with contract.

This is not a full-time live-in arrangement and is not suitable for working from home. The space is primarily for evenings and sleeping after work. You are to leave it as you walked into it as in the photos, all put back. A small closet is available for your clothes and suitcase while here daily but it's strictly suitcase only. All clean bedding is provided.

🐾 Must be dog friendly. Friendly dogs live in the home but are kept in their own areas, they do not roam freely.
