Newly Remodeled Room- private bath/walkout balcony

I am renting out a newly remodeled room with a private bath, private walkout balcony, and walk in closet. The house is located in the hills of Sherman oaks with amazing views.

There is a dedicated parking spot in front of the house and ample cupboard space in the large kitchen with two refrigerators. The neighborhood is great with the right suburban vibes but you can totally walk on down to Ventura blvd within 5 mins on beautiful streets filled with purple Jacaranda trees. There are bars, restaurants, Ralphs, wholefoods, trader joes, and a mall all within 2 miles of the house.

A little about me, I am a professional in the movie industry and have more hobbies than I can count. I like to keep the vibes at the house very chill with no drama and being respectful of your roommates. I have lived in this house for 8 years now and love the area and house. It is built into a hill so every room has amazing views of the valley. I have a great relationship with the landlord.

The house has a open concept on the top living area that is filled with custom furniture I have made. again many hobbies ha. We do not have a maid so it will be expected of you to clean up in the shared areas. I am not a crazy nazi about cleaning but I do like a fresh house.

The room for rent is located down the stairs from the top floor.
