Newly Remodeled Room- private bath/walkout balcony

I am renting out a newly remodeled room with a private bath, private walkout balcony, walk in closet, and two other closets (lots of storage room)

The house is located in the hills of Sherman oaks with amazing views of the valley.

There is a dedicated parking spot in front of the house and ample cupboard space in the large kitchen with two refrigerators. The neighborhood is great with the right suburban vibes, you can walk on down to Ventura blvd within 5 mins on beautiful streets filled with purple Jacaranda trees. There are bars, restaurants, Ralphs, wholefoods, trader joes, and a mall all within 2 miles of the house.

The utilities are split 3 ways and can range between 100 - 250 per month depending on the year.

A little about me, I am a professional in the movie industry and have more hobbies than I can count. I like to keep the vibes at the house very chill with no drama and being respectful of your roommates like cleaning up after your self/keeping the common areas clean.
