Also have access to a recreational room and fitness Center. The unit is on the second floor and allows plenty of space for you to have your privacy and access to your own bathroom directly across your room. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Bathroom has full bath and plenty of space! The kitchen, living room, patio are an open concept that is heavenly when the patio doors are swung wide open. The neighborhood is quiet and I have had no issues with the leasing office or tenets. Parking is available for $50 extra a month. Also have plenty of room for furniture in the living room and welcome plant babies! Very convenient location! 5 minutes from Trader Joes and 5 minutes from whole foods and right next to the 101 on ramp.
