The ideal roommate would be a working professional or student. They would need to be respectful and clean. The expectation is to keep all common areas tidy. Be respectful to fellow roommates and neighbors within the community by being mindful of noise levels during the week. The master bedroom with a private restroom and access to a shared balcony is currently available to rent. This room will also come with a parking spot inside the parking structure. There is plenty of street parking right outside the building if you decide to entertain guests. Electric and gas utilities will be divided evenly between all roommates. I will pay for all other utilities including internet.
A little bit about me.. I am a very calm and laid back. I am an accountant that works during the week and enjoys getting a good night sleep during the work week. On the weekends I enjoy playing baseball or going on hikes. I also enjoy music festivals, dining out, and going to bars. We can be friends or I can stay out of your way but I usually tend to keep myself busy.
