SHORT TERM RENTAL (for now) We are open to one to two months = short-term listing, beginning October 1st and ending in November/December, depending on mutual needs. The large 12 x 14ft room with high ceilings within the penthouse condo is located in the desirable area of Sherman Oaks (gorgeous views), within short walking distance to Whole Foods, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, Westfield Mall, many restaurants, an outdoor park, and major 101 North and South freeway within 1.5 miles. Spacious one-bedroom, large closet, central air and heat, ceiling fan. Amenities include a personal full bathroom, a private barn door entrance to your bedroom and bathroom for more privacy, and access to a 1,600-square-foot private rooftop. Full kitchen access. Communal workout room in the main building and a private spin bike inside the condo. Private shared washer and dryer in unit. Pet free (for now). Clean room with a nice window, great natural light, hardwood floors, and a large closet. The room has a large desk, a 50“ TV, a king bed, and a nightstand. Keypad door locks to your room. Utilities, internet, and Netflix included.

About the rest of the condo: Our rooms are on opposite sides of the condo, so plenty of privacy exists. We have quiet neighbors. We’re a no-shoes-in-the-condominium type to keep the real hardwood floors in mint condition. There is lots of natural sunlight throughout the condo. You will have space in the kitchen cupboards and fridge, and you can use all kitchen appliances.

Parking: There is ample parking on streets throughout the residential area and a carport in the back.

We’re a quiet married couple, both working professionals. We don't have pets, though we love animals. We have a lovely space and are looking for the right fit, someone who is also quiet, kind, and as driven as we are to be the best people we can be.
