The large 12 x 14ft room with high ceilings within the penthouse condo is located in the highly desirable and walkable area of Sherman Oaks (gorgeous views), within walking distance to Whole Foods, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, many restaurants, an outdoor park, and major 101 North and South freeway within 1.5 miles. Spacious one-bedroom, large closet, central air and heat, ceiling fan. Amenities include a personal full bathroom and access to a private rooftop. Full kitchen access. Workout room in the main facility. Private shared washer and dryer in unit. Pet free (for now). Clean room with a nice window and great natural light, hardwood floors, and a full large closet. It is fully furnished with a desk, TV, bed, and nightstand. Keypad door locks to your room. Utilities, internet, and Netflix included.

About the rest of the condo: Our rooms are on opposite sides of the condo, so there is plenty of privacy. We have quiet neighbors a light foot walking around is necessary. We’re a no-shoes-in-the-condominium type to keep the real hardwood floors in mint condition. There is lots of natural sunlight throughout the condo.

Parking: There is ample parking on streets throughout the residential area and a carport in the back. An additional fee is optional for under-garage secure gated parking.

We’re a quiet married couple, both working professionals. We don't have pets, though we love animals. We have a lovely space and are looking for the right fit, someone who is also quiet, kind, and as driven as we are to be the best people we can be.
