There are three things I don't understand:
1. People who contact me about my listing who are looking for something different than what I've listed - like an unfurnished room.
2. People who are looking for a room and give no information about themselves in their profile beyond "professional male/female, age X, looking for a room, available now."
3. People who reach out about the room and write a message like this, "I'm interested in the room, please call me."

Living with someone who is essentially a complete stranger is tricky. There has to be a significant level of trust. I'm not looking for someone to be my best friend. But I am looking for someone I can trust, someone considerate and respectful, and maybe even a little bit like-minded enough that we can have an occasional conversation.

So please read my listing and if you are interested, please tell me why and give me at least a tidbit about who you are.
