Room for Rent – Saugus, Bouquet Canyon Park

We're a couple in our early 50s, both working from home full-time, renting out a private room in our house. The household also includes one roommate who works full-time outside the home.

The Room
• Private medium size bedroom – previous roommate had a king size bed, but recommended queen size
• Shared bathroom (with one other roommate)
• Access to common areas: laundry (washer and drier), kitchen, living room, backyard, and pool
• Uncovered parking available street parking (no garage)
• No dedicated storage space

Looking For
• Respectful, clean, quiet roommate, responsible, non-smoker (preferred), professional with a full time job, comfortable around dogs
• Screening – Background/credit check, income requirement (2.5–3x rent), and references

The Household
• 2 adults, both WFH full-time
• 1 roommate, works full-time outside the home
• Two friendly, medium-sized dogs live in the home (they're part of the family, not up for negotiation!)
• Because of the dogs, we're not able to accommodate additional pets
• House rules – No smoking/vaping, No overnight guests, No party, high cleaning expectations.
