Hi everyone! We have a brand new, newly renovated private bedroom available in our well-located home in Saugus, and we’re looking for a great roommate to join us.

Rent: TBD -$1300-$1450 range

Move-in Date: Mid-June to Late June (flexible — happy to discuss what works best!)

About the Room

The bedroom has just been completely renovated, and the person moving in will be the very first tenant to live in it. Everything is fresh, clean, and newly finished, making it a really comfortable space to settle into.

About the Home

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Saugus, with convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, and nearby freeway access. It’s a great location whether you commute or just like having everything close by.

You’ll have your own private bedroom, with shared access to the kitchen, living areas, and bathroom in a clean and comfortable home.

You would be living with me and my boyfriend. We’re both respectful, easygoing, and keep a pretty stable routine since we’re usually working or at school. We value a calm and peaceful home environment, so it’s generally a quiet and drama-free household.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hoping to find someone who is:
