Just a little description,

One story house with four bedrooms and a backyard at walking distance to Central Park and Saugus HS in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I am looking for a mature, respectable, and responsible professional tenant who cleans up after themself and keeps the atmosphere serene. I would prefer a Vegan roommate but if not that is fine. Also no smokers preferred and absolutely no alcoholic or/and drug user. I will rather have you bring no visitors to my house or it will have to be arranged. The room is furnished with a fairly new King bed. There is free wifi, Prime, Netflix, amazon Discovery, & Hulu. Utilities are included. You might be submitted to a background check and a contract agreement. There is no lease although I would prefer a minimum stay of 3 months with security deposit of $450.-. The room is medium size. AC/fan/heater/washer/dryer/sto ve/microwave/toaster and air fryer are all in good condition. Compromises can be done if needed but will have to be previously agreed on prior to the move.
