Tandem garage parking, cable, internet, electricity and water are included in the $2,250 monthly rent.

THE LOCATION
Near Montana Avenue and 5th Street, north of Wilshire. Walk to neighborhood cafés, restaurants and shops, the beach and the Third Street Promenade.

ABOUT ME
I’m clean, easygoing and work in commercial real estate. Much of my time is devoted to leading a nonprofit that provides housing and behavioral-health support for veterans experiencing homelessness.

Outside work, I enjoy beach volleyball, salsa dancing and impactful events with a great group of friends. At home, I appreciate a calm, comfortable place to unwind.
