Amazing 3 bedroom/2 bath huge, clean apartment in the heart of Santa Monica, just 12 blocks from the beach, walking distance to Montana Ave, 3rd Street Promenade, Whole Foods and Vons. Available November 1st. Private room.

Apartment: Safe neighborhood near Wilshire about one mile from the beach. Very clean and organized space with hardwood floors. Dishwasher and laundry (in unit). Very bright and spacious common area, balcony with high top table and chairs and outside in the front is surrounded by palm trees/greenery.

Two females live in this 3b/2b nicely decorated apartment in downtown Santa Monica. We work fulltime and keep a fairly quiet home that is a peaceful and safe space.

We are looking for a third person that is respectful, clean in common areas, no pets and non-smoking. Pays rent on time. Not looking for friends who couch surf and parties in the home.
